What We Do?

» We promote horticulture in and around Ellon for the benefit of the public by providing or encouraging the provision of displays of flowers, shrubs, trees and landscapes in places visible to the public.
» We advance the education of the public concerning the natural environment through the development of environmental programmes
» We educate and encourage members of the community, including young people to participate in environmentally friendly activities
» We encourage home owners, shopkeepers and other business people to keep their premises tidy and attractive
» We promote sponsorship of approved projects which enhance the environment of Ellon and promote social inclusion through community participation.
» We liaise with Aberdeenshire Council and environmental agencies.
